My last 2 were both rented when (1) we still had finishing work/backspash tiling to do. (2) we had just sheetrocked.It all depends on the potential tenants "vision" and you should be able to assist that by having a flooring sampling ready.In the one, I was bringing sheetrock out to the dumpster when an older couple approached me and asked what I was doing.

The building is from 1945 and it may have the original tile floor in the shower.

I've been there all last month fixing tile in the bathroom and did not see one so i dont think it's a horrible infestation. 

Hardwood/Ceramic:  more luxurious, much more costly, but moving in the right direction for up-scale and low maintenance.3. 

Since the day that the replacement was done, the tenant says there's one spot in the tile that is constantly wet, as well as an area on the outside of the  house. 

Some stuff like flooring is possible as they just move everything to one side, install on the other and then reverse but its a pain for the crew.Larger renovations (e.g. new floor tiles or new bathroom) means the tenant has to stay out of that space for at least a day, usually more.

Right now looking for help to do mostly finish work for kitchens and bathrooms (laying tile, putting in cabinets, trim and painting). 

KITCHEN:  (1) Oak Cabinets, (2) Lowes Laminate Countertop (Item 352060), (3) Bone tile throughout Kitchen & Dining room, (4) Black appliances, (5) Black double sink. 

Plus it easily cuts with a vinyl tile cutter or utility knife.

I can price the same kitchen with that much spread just with high end cabinets, stone and tile compared to Home Depot crap.
