If you do not have a concrete floor, keep in mind that hardiboard, which is a thin cement backboard (or similar product), would be necessary to put down first.

The only thing I've found to be a problem is if there is s lot of snow with seeing all the external details such as cement or decking condition.

The inspector pointed out the following:- Clogged gutter(s): one had tree roots growing inside- Caulking and/or cementing needed on outside of the house to seal gaps- Filthy crawlspace with water intrusion (possibly due to clogged gutters).
