Cash flow is where businesses really shine.

It works in the Central Business Districts of other global metropolitan cities with busy CBDs.

The lenders were very good and communicating at first, but as we got close to closing, we could not reach a single person in the company during business hours.

I then did the same idea in my business that I had for 25 years.

You must have the Business tax license & pay all the fees required.  

I actually used to have a game modeled after Monopoly that was called Slumlord😂 same type of antics with buying property, maintenance cards, dealing with code enforcement etc… Bought it at a real estate convention 

This will set up your buy and hold business long term.
