When you get an inspection done we send it to the builder and all items are repaired without question.  

Looking at new builds (brand new or recent), vetted for major repairs (there will be none presumably, some have a builders' warranty), that I will potentially own for 10-ish years. 

I follow where builders build and Starbucks/ chickfila go.  

There are many builders/sellers that showcase their inventory on their website. 

Reach out to some builders in your area and see if you could get a rough estimate.

I was using builder trend as a contractor, but that was more focused on contractor client and subcontractor relationships.

I also know that a lot of builder's lenders a doing a 2/1 rate by down.
