You can get Danny Johnson's kindle book on Amazon for free or almost free (34 weeks), he does that and other stuff, his website is flippingjunky.com.I've heard of many successful wholesalers using Freedomsoft but I think it costs like $97/month.

I also always suggest that anyone interested in multifamily read “Insider Secrets to Financing Your Real Estate Investments” by Frank Gallinelli, which is available on Amazon.com as either a kindle download or as a book.
