also missing a cover- Smoke/Carbon detectors repair/replace needed - Sheetrock to be installed above boiler in attic - Rusted main sewer pipe - Sump Pump needs to be repaired - Master Bath Tub and upstairs hall bath sink slow drain, loose Toilet, broken vent, missing light bulb - Laundry Dryer venting replace for ribbed exhaust vent, missing GFCI- Windows - some missing grill, some hard to lockShould I be worried about some of those items?

We recently had the furnace replaced in one of our newer rentals, only to find that the hot water heater was equally shoddy and needed replacement; another condo rental just reported a bathtub leak into the lower unit; and another rental is limping along with a tenant who is struggling with rent let alone house and yard upkeep....

I resurfaced the 2nd bathtub, Steam Cleaning Carpet, etc...  

Cleaning the insides of refrigerators and stoves, scrubbing bathtubs etc is not fun, is not creative and certainly won't make you a better person, or more fun to be with.

This was a blessing for me. from bath tubs, high end tiles, to ceiling fans...just about everything.

The main bathtub has jets in it, which I'd never attempted to use during the time I lived there.

I found a great guy to refinish bathtubs through there, for instance.

It sounds unique to have a bathtub with no shower, I haven’t heard of that before.

So I'm looking at updates like LVP flooring, reglazing bathtubs, painting kitchen cabinets, replacing old door handles/hardware, scraping popcorn ceilings, and creating cost-efficient landscaping.

Sometimes you might have to clean a bathtub, sometimes you might have to sweep a floor, sometimes even though its not your responsibility you will let a home inspector in the door because the other agent is busy that day.
