I have been driving for dollars with some leads success coming in, but would like to know if anyone ever used Batch Leads or similar software with success.I tried some other ones, but i believe Batch Leads comes with Txting people, trying to reach out more people and off market properties for BRRR/ Buy and Hold.Thank you all

Our concern is that if something bad were to happen to one property and we have multiple properties under that same LLC that we run the risk of one bad egg ruining a whole batch of properties.
