Heck, even just fully passive investments in S&P index funds will make you 7-8% over time (not including dividends), and you don't have to read the fine print, nor are you exposed to potential amateur businesspeople.

I'm an amateur investor in CA with 3 single family rentals and I just picked up a gig "posting" future foreclosure notices on properties, as well as "hosting/performing" foreclosure auctions at the county steps.I feel like I have a great opportunity since I know the area and I'll get to see every property coming up for auction since I'm posting on them.My question is: how do I best utilize this info?
