Foreclosure postings

Hello, I feel like I have a great opportunity in my hands but don't really know which way to take it. I'm an amateur investor in CA with 3 single family rentals and I just picked up a gig "posting" future foreclosure notices on properties, as well as "hosting/performing" foreclosure auctions at the county steps. I feel like I have a great opportunity since I know the area and I'll get to see every property coming up for auction since I'm posting on them. My question is: how do I best utilize this info? Wholesale? Sell leads to wholesalers? Purchase foreclosures myself at auction if I see below market value? Thanks for your help, advice, and guidance
