My only worry is that a year ago I was convicted of aggravated assault.

After having made the experience I have, I saw that it's way more work than I"m willing to do and the money isn't worth the aggravation.

The cost of setting up an LLC for each property and trouble of having to pay a business privilege tax in the amount of $100 for each LLC is aggravating as well. 

If you're not out any money, you don't get compensated for aggravation. 

You need great cash flow to make it worth the while because properties do not appreciate much in WV and managing the properties will be aggravating.  

Keep in mind there are hoops to jump through, and you need to keep your documents organized and preferably electronic so you can provide them AGAIN when they ask for something a 3rd time, but the extra little bit of aggravation can easily be mitigated by being organized and it is ABSOLUTELY worth the savings.

Took a little more time, a lot more aggravation but it was worth it.

A simple free check would've uncovered them for you and saved us all time, (aggravation) and Money."
