They all offer real estate investment  education and counseling and have affiliates in several markets that they've "vetted" to provide turnkey properties with tenant and management in place. 

Realtor is a third party affiliation by NAR just like an MLS.

As I am reading the text book it states that I have to have my name and my affiliation with my brokers name on any advertising I do.

The  title insurance lobby did win a small victory a couple of years ago in that a Fee Attorney now has to be affiliated with one title company as they used to be able to shop title companies 

Currently I am in the process of creating a business plan, marketing, educating myself in this market and working on my affiliate license.
