Renting it out long-term gives us a $3500to 4000 monthly, we could  rent out one bedroom to a nurse and the other to our daughter but still would be a negative.

I’m torn between going the wholesaling route or sticking with long-term rentals. 

Why do you think purchase contracts are so long and have such small print?

•If it’s a desirable area, tenants will still rent as long as the price is competitive and they feel confident in the property’s flood resilience.

I do generally agree with the sentiment of Austin and the other hosts that fundamentals will always win out in the long run, and this by nature is a long term industry, even the sales side I'm learning.
