I currently use Craigslist and my local newspaper.  

In addition to this, the federal reserve has been telegraphing their desire to start reducing their massive $4.5 trillion balance sheet assets of treasury bonds and mortgage backed securities as soon as this year.

The obvious ones come to mind first, talking people in the community, reading the local news papers and of course BP.  

Zoning and financing aside, one of the last things you want included in the front page newspaper headline should your building burn in a fatal fire is "...illegal unit...".  

Obituaries in the newspaper are lead sources to reach out to families who have lost a loved one that may be considering getting rid of the property they just recently inherited 

And may see below market price to be telegraphing something is wrong. 

Anyone who is governor of a state and who can't think of a single magazine or newspaper they read scares the hell out of me...

This is more for outside of BP like if I am wanting to bird dog and build up a list and list on Craigslist or call rentors in the newspaper.

Newspaper stapled on one wall of the inside to the outside siding, that was the insulation..the floor was on the ground and uneven, one room was a dirt and brick floor!

Many things could be wrong, but it's not a simple subfloor problem if the movement is telegraphing all the way to the downstairs ceiling.
