Long story short, the dog's fight or flight animal instinct kicked in and he attacked one of the kids, almost killing him (lots of plastic surgery, time in the ICU). 

Our most successful short term rental on airbnb is actually close to a hospital that attracts a lot of people with friends and relatives having surgery and longer terms stays for residents or people supporting those undergoing treatment.

He had shoulder surgery himself, so he wasn't working. ;-) I have properties.

Note: there also is no law that says you can’t attempt to perform your own heart surgery either.....

As a former wrestler and now coach, I love the wrestling analogy for success.Don't quote me - but I've heard that the percentage of former wrestlers in brain surgery is crazy high...

@Christopher Giannino buying real estate is not rocket surgery. 

For those who aren't familiar with this style of job, I'm on the road all day every day - I'll support a surgery in the morning, bounce from one hospital to another, to various Dr. offices, and so on.
