Do I need an agent to buy property in Boston?
Is it legally required? I can't seem to find a simply "yes" or "no" answer on the .gov site. I have used an agent in the past and trying to see if I can just do this part myself-- P&S, etc. Thanks in advance!

No, there is no legal requirement to “use an agent to buy real estate”. If the property is already listed though, agents will be involved of course. Note: there also is no law that says you can’t attempt to perform your own heart surgery either.....
