so all in he is about 100k including the 10k profit I will make I just saw the HUD this morning and he will get his 10k back and make 32k Net profit.. 2.

This morning I logged on to view the account and it was disabled.

I've never seen this as an option and only collect the morning after the guest arrives.

My lawyers have told me to walk the property that morning (or the night before) and call them to let them know if they should release the money.You can also drive by the area to get an idea of the storm damage.

The total cost of the project including improvements, soft costs and carrying costs from acquisition to stabilization will be close  to $2.65M and the equity requirement using the alt. lender was $480,000 vs. the traditional bank which would have been $800,000.

Keep the color scheme neutral, like soft grays or whites, and add color with accessories.
