I love the area, I was born and raised there and it's beautiful and has amazing wine, picturesque orchards and hiking and beaches and waterfronts and the most friendly people you can imagine.

I like the idea of a basket with toilet paper and such.We provide our new tenants a bottle of bubbly in the fridge ($10) and some plastic wine cups.

There is a certain learning curve you must overcome such as finding certain drivers and cross compatibility with Windows, though there are options such as WINE and dual boot setups.
