Hi, I was just wondering if anyone could explain any pros and any cons to getting a personal line of credit or any options there are that they know of to have a pool of money to use to finance my deals, because the truth is I need some way of getting money to start in real estate.Honestly any financing advise would be appreciated because I am REALLY itching to buy my first property.Thanks!

I have always had an entrepreneurial itch and have always loved real estate so I figured I would start looking for ways to marry the two and turn it into a career. 

I am itching to get started on my first project but I feel like it's just out of my grasp...

I own a single family with my wife here in town, but I'm itching to make my first multi-fam purchase in the seacoast area.  

I really think that Durham is on the rise (I realize that this has been said in the past, a few times before, but it feels much more real to me this time).I am interested in buy and hold investing.At this point, my questions are:I am feeling the itch to start investing now.

Its hard not to settle since itching to get started.

I'm in a sales position now making good money and want to invest in something besides my 401k and I have been getting the itch for awhile to learn RealEstate investing and taking the step to purchase a first investment property.

Help me out guys and gals, I am itching to pull the trigger and get a project started, the numbers work but this project becomes much more attractive if I can get the property for ever less because its a disaster. 

We bought a new car we're itching to drive.  

I have no experience yet, but I'm itching to get into this market!
