i support having C/D class paid for  assuming thats what you run in Milwaukee.. as for letting us old folks kack off cant get behind that one  :)  you know 65 is the new 45. 65 is absolutely the new 45 and you'll be just fine - I suggest a healthy diet!

I'm up there in years now and I've seen fads come and go, and have dealt with different landscape issues and pests and dust flingers and accent walls, and many different types of decor and colors that all went out of style almost as quickly as the stainless steel appliances and gray walls went up....oh, I meant avocado green, no wait, I meant gray and stainless steel are the new avocado green....Anyway, if you want to go with timeless and save money in the long run, you can't go wrong with white and clean, in my opinion. 

The worker comp claims were not a problem, but the 3 civil lawsuits meant I had to hire and pay an attorney and the cost for my attorney and the ''Go Away Money' cost me $180,000 from my pocket and I got away super cheap because the attorney I hired is a woman and she works hard to keep costs low, but my attorney fees were  still $75,000 for just 1 case and I paid the Plaintiff and his attorney $65,000.There is a new fad where in 2015 attorneys figured out how to capitalize on several new laws that went into effect in 2000.

Here are some thoughts:1) I would start talking with potential tenants in advance and look at doing the build out to their specs. 2) How long will the micro-brew fad last? 

It has been a fad to live high for the view.

I also avoid fad colors like the plague since it dates your unit and has a tendency to reduce the pool of buyers or renters.
