This is probably a stupid question, but what does building a relationship with a bank entail?

Interested to hear what it entails.

Pumped about real estate and everything it entails.

My experience entails of minor home repairs and assistant to my father growing up installing cabinets, hardwood floors, and tile jobs.  

I am trying to find current resources that will show what districts/regions are most conducive to this, if the market is oversold, what the near future entails, and if it's even a wise choice at this time and in this region (perhaps I should look further south for instance).

They really give you a great look at what an actual flip entails, rather than a made-for-TV, gloss-over-the-bad-parts book.Take your time finding a property and remember, not every property makes for a good flip.

Of course you need to outline what that mentoring will entail before signing on with him.
