I was on board and put a deposit on one bid for "TPO with 1 inch insulation" for 20K, but now the company were applying for permits and the building division requires 5 inch insulation. 

Loads of development and up to $1.5 million homes in the same area/town/categorized sub division.

The largest volume is in Jefferson County (both Birmingham and Bessemer divisions) on May 19 with its tax certificate auction.

I too am seeing what @Gray Hall  is seeing in our property management division.

I bought GE both last week and this week because their healthcare division is best positioned to ramping up to meet the demand for ventilators and Medtronics (MDT) has been in discussions to work with GE. 

Jan/Feb/March sales were up about 8-10% over 2019.I think inventory in many price ranges is still tight.So now maybe instead of 10 offers you get 2 or 3.I just saw an article about 600 California companies wanting to move to Texas.Also I don't think Amazon HDQ 2 has worked out like they thought and back looking at Dallas for big office.Also just this week saw info about Goldman Sachs making basically 3rd HDQ in Dallas with nearly all divisions represented and their CEO saying basically that not all financial talent is in NYC and more companies need to understand that.This crisis will pass.

The Division of Corporations requires that this be an occupied physical Florida address.

In my state it would be the division of consumer affairs, they could bring down a world of trouble if the landlord is acutally breaking any laws with how they have their property.
