This might sound rude (it isn't meant to be), but it makes no difference to me whether someone decides to do it or not.

I like to be able to decide how I want to fix things and not a contractor that I have to hire becuase the warranty company says I do. 

And when you decide to act, don't put it all in one deal or even with one sponsor. 

Will add though, that a good PMC will immediately alert an owner about what their property really is and the expected challenges.Unfortunately, a decent portion of the time we do this, owners either don't want to believe the Evaluation Video we send them or decide to sell.
