This machine does not go inside any business or facility it is meant to be outside as it is a fairly large machine and is meant for people to pull up with their vehicles and either purchase water by the gallon or ice in a bag (10lbs) or bulk ice for coolers (20lbs) The vending machine takes up just half the space of a parking space and this machine will attract customers to your business so you could see an increase of traffic to your own business just from customers coming to purchase water and ice.

Every house will be different. So it's intelligent to pay for a home inspection, in writing, as well as a sewer can inspection.Pay particular attention to the electrical system, and know what Stab Loc's are as well as other sketchy electrical breakers.Watch your neighborhood, regarding crime.Be aware of the age of "Equipment" such as water heaters, HVAC/swamp coolers, etc...Know if a Swamp cooler will be ok or have to be upgraded to AC to be competitive in the market.Good Luck!

I think a lot of people just do them because they think its cooler....sounds more legit.....playing with the "big boys" kind of thing....My suggestion is to have high value umbrella policy at the minimum.....and do an LLC as an added layer if you want, but don't fool yourself on how much it protects you

It will come back.Once it come back it will produce new spores that will be viable (can grow) and will spread all over( disseminating) making it worst.Take a look at the area of the leak and inside the house and take the temperature on the lower part of the wall, the middle and the top, if the lower part is a lot cooler, there is humidity or maybe mold inside. just a hint.As per standard industry practice or code, a crawl space need to be sealed to control gases and humidity from the ground entering the house and ventilated, check with your local contractor or CODE Inspector from the city, every city have different codes. In conclusion, it is not the end of the world, everything is fixable, this will open the door for negotiation on your side, if you like have a mold assessor evaluate this and give you an estimate.
