Hi @Mika MayzThe multifamily game is a little bit more complex with the underwriting so looking for a 2% or 1% rule really doesn't apply. 

RENT must increase with the Mortgage accordingly. 1% rule rent does not apply here in the Philippines because you will have negative cash flow.3. the length of the Loan. -  it will greatly depend on the age of the Loanee.These are the problems I have encountered analyzing properties using this Strategy.

The cost of materials and labor to make the burger steadily rose each and every year with inflation.

All 3 cities are experiencing a restaurant/bar/shopping boom in the downtown areas and riding the craft beer/craft burger/foodie movement with Greensboro and Winston leading the way.

(Insert your favorite gourmet burger joint for an analogy)But the real value is not in recording things after they already happened but in planning things before they happen.
