Because mom drops by and collects the dirty clothes to wash when the kid is at school or work, dad may drop off a check, or a care package.

so apparently one of my PM tenants lost her job and instead of finding a new one, according to the neighbors. has people knocking on the shared front porch door often for tailoring services and she also sells clothes from her apt and babysits too.the lease doesn't say she cant do business from home nor say she can't put a sign in her window, but what about the quiet enjoyment for other tenants?

When I was growing up, we got peanut butter and cheese from the government, we got clothes from older cousins, and went outside and played instead of belonging a gym. 

Karen, the countries that have official language are perhaps the most backwards, middle age thinking, zero womens rights, beheading as common place, countries on the planet.Places of doom by design and especially for women.

Men simply don't use as many products as women do.

You have considerable investments in them, you have people paying you fairly large amounts of money, yet you want as little to do with the property itself, and as little contact with your customers as possible.I can think of no other business where businessmen/women have such a cavalier attitude to their own business! 

Fancy cars, expensive gadgets, trips, clothes etc. just don't do anything for me.

That's like asking, what's worse, men or women?

Let some other landlord take chances on her.I can tell you from first-hand experience (not me) that women who end up in abusive relationships, do so regularly.  

That's one reason I don't look down on the people buying shiny new cars, clothes, stuff they don't need on credit cards.
