I understand the need to get advertiser targeting members, but it only work if the targeting is done very narrowly.For instance, I wouldn't mine to get info about very specific area of my investment, whether it be the type of investment or geographically, but anything outside that scope would shut me down and would be ineffective since it would go straight to my spam box...

If you're buying it for $35K straight off the MLS, and it needs no work, I can pretty much guarantee you its worth a lot closer to $35K than $70K.
