The property is only $60k and makes more than enough in rental to pay mortgage + profit.....I have plenty for DP, but it's not worth getting all that money together and paying cash.....Anybody know another way to get financing for a troubled condo....???

The 4k I save could go in to those systems; but saving to produce a subpar product is not something I am willing to do; you've got a good point the more seasoning I have the better deal I can negotiate on both ends.
