But you do not need their permission.

Hi all - when getting a property under contract for a wholesale deal, is it permissible to put "my llc company name" "and/or assigns" etc.... and then have the end buyer sign the assignment contract?

I know it is not possible to get the mortgage balance without permission/info from the borrower.I also know you can get a rough estimate by pulling the mortgage doc from public records, lookup the prevailing interest rate at the time, and plug it into an amortization calculator.

Be polite, you’ll find out what kind of person you’re dealing with, ask their plans, maybe you can see the interior, get permission for an insurance inspection, etc, etc.

Any tenant that says "I've gotten permission to pay above voucher" I ask for it in writing from the housing authority.

I get owner financing deals all the time and I would be willing to sell some of them because I make my deals assignable with the sellers permission.
