Our seller was under the impression you could waltz right into 1010 Mass Ave and get all the permits in a few weeks.  

I did not intend to post here and do not have a lot of comments, however, my first thought is you should go some where where the masses are not...

I don’t fully believe in mass generic marketing materials sent out in hopes to get the attention of one.

This time, I used mass data to develop a software that not only simplified everything but took the guesswork out of finding leads.

(But of course, the price appreciation is a paper profit until you can actually sell).However, this only works out so well for mass leverage when the properties appreciate.

Most Home Stagers can visualize how the home is going to function, and appeal to the masses.

I have a few buy & hold properties in Mass. that I'm renting, but am looking to jump into the hot DC real estate market.

Youtube is great but it doesn't train your muscles to cut in the trim or finish the drywall patch.

I definitely am not going to be hand writting these as I want to make it scalable, and sending them out every couple months, so what platforms or programs have people been using to send out these mass amounts of direct mailers?

As I see it, mediocrity is the slow, easy death of the masses and I'm not ok with being average.
