I have the luxury of waiting to see if rates continue to drop even further before deciding to eventually lock in a fixed rate loan.  

@Arpit Chhabra In My town there has just been developed over 120 luxury studio, 1 & 2 bedroom apartments.

There is nothing on the radar that could reduce Milwaukee prices in a meaningful way; and we are still about a third below the national avergae, have a chrinic housing shortage, plenty of fresh water and are in a climate safe zone - all factors that will continue to increase demand eyond of where it already is, while we have no meangingful increase in supply and new construction is  limited to small numbers and only luxury homes over 600k.

I've recently taken on a new venture with a hospitality company that also deals in luxury real estate.

Plus, MF is a necessity, not a luxury (recession proof).

Southwest Florida is red hot right now and Cape Coral is a beautiful area and the property is located a few miles from a luxury development including shops, restaurants, marinas, & residential living, replicating what is down in Southwest Cape Coral.

This needs to happen now.Property is empty and my realtor has it listed already with a note it will be cleaned.I need to find a reputable company that can:1-dust entire house 3 level townhouse 2-clean bathrooms (sink, tub/shower, toilet), 2 full baths, 1 half bath3-kitchen (if needed sink, oven, interior of refrigerator that’s empty), 4-no carpets so sweep out the luxury vinyl flooringThank you if you use a company you like and can count on please post.PS: I would want to find a company that I can always utilize for my turns.

Each tenant would have one bedroom and share a kitchen/bathroom/Living space so I would think you would get a smaller amount than what an apartment would make but do you offset it by making your spaces really nice and charge more for luxury?

But be aware you are catering to a luxury buyer.
