Can you describe more on the layout of the multi-family property?

The 3 bed 2 bath layout is a popular choice and provides a good balance of space and functionality for many buyers.

The footprint and layout of the home will not change per the requirements of an Emergency Repair permit.

For instance, I have a property that started as a HH; when rates increased, re-fi’ing wasn’t an option, but the property had a layout and zoning that was conducive to adding an ADU—which I did, greatly improving the property’s cashflow.

As long as the other criteria meet what I'm looking for in a flip (ie, would be desierable layout for an end buyer), I go after the mold houses.

With the blueprints also came the current home layout, the property survey, and the elevation certificate from FEMA.

I have gotten about 10 yeses so far. 7 didn't work for whatever reason zoning, incorrect layout. 

Have you gotten quotes and estimates for different floor layouts for 2 story adu projects ?

you could live in better neighborhood while still enjoying the rental income that would offset mortgage cost.And with ADU you don't even need to meet with your tenant regularly, it is still almost the same privacy if layout is good.
