You might find that its all you need.And, until you get the hang of it, I would send the calls to your cell phone if you can.

At our company right now there is a debate over which is the best cell phone for our company to get.There are votes for the Droid, iPhone, and BlackBerry Bold.

not sure what state your in, but some, such as Texas allow for a Series LLC which means you have one LLC, with each property in its own cell.

For the newspaper ads I'll use the Atlanta Journal Constitution, which gives me the widest exposure possible to people that are seeking a new home to buy.

So as Dave says, the amount on schedule E will be less because I will not be incurring the expense, but rather paying off the liability I assumed at closing.Would these journal entries accurately represent what is happening?

If they just have cell service, they say you can get info for small sum of money,,,I have never done that.Neighbors can be helpful if they were neighborly.
