Almost identical income from military to civilian job.

A US hospital would have two identical machines sitting next to each other and in order to improve the statistical accurancy they will run the same sample on both machines - twice!

So far this seems straight forwardThe two 4-plexes look identical and share a laundry room and common backyard.

Several years ago the rules changed with appraisers to attempt to avoid any fraud and or manipulation of appraisals.  

You could do it, but it would likely be mortgage fraud. 

I don't want to step on toes, but each group has its own personality, its own identity.

That is mortgage fraud, which I believe is a felony.But a year of not living in your current property isn't such a big thing to give up, when it will qualify you to buy another house and make more money.

I'm working on a project identical to that, converting a 4 plex to an independent living / group home / or assisted living facility.  

Extra expense was about $200 per unit but I'm getting $50 more per month than the surrounding quads that are identical. 

I want to expose fraud as much as anyone.
