Obviously any contractor is going to tell you to get a GC take that with the implied bias.

I am of course a biased source on this, but that (and stupid cross selling quotas) is why I do not work for a big bank or credit union.

I'd then be investing my money elsewhere - obviously I'm biased but places like Spokane offer a way better ROI.

My opinions may be biased as i am an investor trying to maximize my returns, and as yours, as a PM defending your fee structure. 

I think I would try for same gender to minimize any drama.

Also, even if the seller eventually sees the escalator clause in the addendum, their initial emotional reaction to the offer is already biased.

I'm in the multifamily syndication space, so I may be a little biased, but there truly is something for everyone. 

Personal bias as I am in Kansas City so really can't compare specifically to the other markets you mentioned.
