Pic shows us replacing approx. 15 feet of 4" cast iron drain line underneath a slab home which ended up costing the investor $1Ks extra and making holes in slab foundation after all rehab was completed.

@Sean Haardt, As Belinda wrote, two key things she needs to move quickly on:1) As soon as the water drains down, get the wet stuff out, furniture, carpeting, baseboards, sheetrock cut to above waterline, insulation removed so the house can dry.

Also at the supply houses, they know who is regularly picking up materials for projects.Again, Good Luck, the contractor can make your deal go down the drain or not.

Fresh hot water goes in to the top of the gizmo, and dishwasher drain water comes out of the bottom of the gizmo and goes down the sink drain

If your just looking for cash flow May I suggest that you lend money to your fellow contractors who are doing fix and flip you will come out probably ahead and not have all the brain drain of NPN..
