Dishwasher?
I'm looking to purchase a 4/1 rental in a good neighborhood. I'd say it's a B, starter house type of neighborhood 100-130k range if you're from around here. The house is fully rehabbed but the kitchen doesn't have a dishwasher and there's not much room for one. Rent should be $1,100. My question is do you think a dishwasher is a must for this type of rental?

yes, but what's the point to "think if it's a must" if u don't have the room? either lower the rent so that they will overlook that fact or wait until someone that currently has no dishwasher moves in and not even care.
