@M NA If you bought owners title insurance simply make a claim and let everybody scramble to resolve the matter.You don't hire your own attorney because defense/prosecution costs for matters such as this are covered by the policy.If you didn't buy owners coverage, report back.

I was at a conference and they said the difference between the 5% and the 95% is not that the 5% don't have fear, it is that that the 5% feel fear and act while the other 95 get immobilized by the fear.
