In anticipating their questions and concerns it’s important you educate them that a new buyer is required to honor their existing lease through its expiration.

your running a bunch of different concepts together.. suggest you really get a little more educated on the subject before just asking for advice on the internet.. we do a ton of infill building each market is different.. and there are about 3 or 4 different insurance products.. so you need to be specific..  

If you havent already done so, read a few books or educate yourself on the different strategies.

If you are just flipping 3 houses a year, it probably makes sense to educate yourself and inspect properties on your own, perhaps bring your GC with you if you are using one.

I'm not certain how much self education you have done, but I would be reading every book and listening to every podcast I can.

That way they can help you and educate you as best they can :)

There are a number of markets within easy reach of me that look good on paper, and I wondered if the BiggerPockets community has any advice about how I should educate myself before purchasing my first property.
