You cannot discriminate by age when screening tenants.

Experienced contractors for you needs to have a good history and are properly screened like tenants.I feel like you have some experience and does not need to be called a newbie.  

We are asking the seller to hold off so that we can screen them ourselves, but he is  refusing.  

We also provide a Resident Score which is designed specifically for tenant screening.

I put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into that house but didn't get the upgrades into it that I wanted.  

I had a bright idea: make it super easy for them to start the application process.Tenants would apply for free online (thru Cozy) to pass/fail an initial screen for employment, income and references.

Other damage includes major holes in the walls for plumbing access (shower), water damage around the doors, not so small areas of patched walls done very poorly (possible water damage 'repair'), holes in doors, window screens missing, possible water leaks from roof (?)

Any recommendations on a time-saving system to screen tenants would be appreciated.
