Plus the car is built like a razor blade with them not recommended much past the 100k mileage mark!

And then they just keep stacking the deck...I would love to hear how you are exponentially growing your net worth in these times. 

That was ok until it became clear the handyman was doing things the way the tenant wanted in contradiction to the way I wanted things done (ie, stained a brand new deck the color the tenant wanted and not the color I wanted).

That one was the worst because they just rolled the truck right up to the house and took off with a double vanity I had just had delivered there and caused some damage to the deck as they were moving it.

@Wesley W.I told the listing agent I wanted to make a full priced offer on my current residence after walking through the front door, through the living and dining rooms, and out onto the back deck. 

We also added a beautiful deck that adds as a separate fire escape to the second and third story.

In the past couple weeks I began the process of doing a cash out refi with a local bank to pay off an owner finance note I have on the property and to put an additional $30-40k in landscaping, a barn, and a few other items like front porch decking.
