Any recommendations on REI friendly CPAs and attorneys in the Houston area?

Most MLS systems have this filter but you’ll need to establish a relationship with an investor friendly agent to get this information emailed to you in a spreadsheet.

Then a few months ago I happened upon my now beloved BP podcasts, and then Rich Dad, Poor Dad, and Think and Grow Rich, and... you get the point, my friends.
