I am not looking at real estate to be a get rich quick scheme, but rather something I can pour my extra time into while I am young and be able to have a strong financial position on which to build a company.

One day my stepfather showed me the properties he owned and the profits he made from them and after reading the book "Rich Cap Poor Dad", I knew I had to multiply my income sources somehow.

Only the rich get richer.

I've become totally infatuated with real estate investing, trhough reading books like Rich Dad Poor Dad, The One Thing, Think and Grow Rich, and the list goes on and on.

I am also listening to Rich Dad Poor Dad which is an important mind shift to be going through.  

I come from the camp where Debt makes you Rich.

What I have seen and stories I have been told is there is money to be made since there are lots of rich people that are looking to invest in fully performing properties.

I highly recommend Think and Grow Rich; it has been the single greatest source of inspiration to me.

I see a lot of possibilities and potential and very excited to see what I can do next.I started out, apparently, like many, with the whole Rich Dad series of books.
