@Harley Tigreros Just so you know:Clerk of court website, Official Records, search by owner name...is where you find recorded doc.s, deeds, mtg, LP, etc.At the top of the LP will be the foreclosure case number, something like 50 2018 ca 002468xxxxmbClerk of court site, Court Records, Civil....you can look up the foreclosure case no.

Hello Everyone, i've been looking at doing some flips next year and i hope i could get some tips to the strategy i want to work with.I have been searching and networking with some contractors, after some conversation and also vetting them out with projects i have trickled them down to 3 who i believe are reliable.My plan is to buy a foreclosed house, fund the purchase and materials to bring the house to a livable condition.

But, do Not take the “free” title insurance...it’s not really free as their title co. adds a bunch of junk fees, and.....their title searches don’t include non recorded liens, and they will be excluded in the title policy.
