I'm not as concerned about the cracker plants themselves (although that will bring jobs and housing demand) - but I'm looking at the bigger picture of petrochemical and plastics manufacturing, particularly up the 376 corridor towards New Castle/Sharon.

@Neil Evangelista, while Nest is expensive, there are manufacturers who sell at Home Depot and Lowes between $100-$150 and you can sometimes find it cheaper online.I also like the emergence of smart devices like smart vents from Keen, which was featured on SharkTank and sold at Lowes, which integrate with Nest.

I have priced both Lowe’s and HD as comparison and HD seems to have better lower prices though they don’t carry the same manufactured items too much.

Also I have heard Old Brooklyn has a lot of future develpment and renovation plans in the future (Mason's Ice Cream Factory/Warehouse and new manufacturing company), have you heard any thing that would make it look more appealing long term?
