I am studying for my real estate license and I would like to know the best way for me to become financially independent.

From my vantage point I can't tell, but would it be more efficient to route the Dehumidifier and the HVAC condensate to a new, independent condensate pump which ejects to the exterior?

I am starting out wholesaling and plan to move on to rehabs, rentals, and RCFE's in the future.My goal is to become a full time investor within the next year, eventually become financially independent, and have the freedom to enjoy more quality time with my family and travel the world.

Do you use RealtyTrac or Listsource or an independent marketing company that targets distressed homeowners that you can recommend?

I know Kansas City well, but lack info on South KC, Raytown, Independence.

Aytch in Huntsville is the only independent RMLO I know.
