When we moved in we met with her and told her we would continue charging the same amount of rent she was being charged previously (which is about half of what other units bring in the area) but we wanted her to move out by April 1, which was about 2.5 months away.

If 67% of the unit owners vote to implement restrictions, you may be prohibited from renting, unless there are grandfather provisions or hardship provisions included in the restrictions.If you’re already renting when that vote passes, you should be able to continue to lease your unit for the remainder of the lease term.

The borrower just came out of BK which stayed the previous HOA foreclosure that they are continuing with, and we are now starting FC as the 1st lien holder.
