While they don't necessarily help with asset management directly since we have property management in place. 

I just attended the Bigger Pockets Conference and I discovered there were many books you can obtain through the Bigger Pockets website that might help you in your journey.

It's more about investing in your education to leverage your life to help others.

You’ve recognized you need outside help raising capital.  

This is for someone with zero RE investing experience and has only bought 1 house so far that had 2 other investors and RE agent helping so they would have a learning curve on spotting deals that would turn a cold call into a viable lead to sell and learning about contracts.

Also, could you describe how this method helps you in acquiring leads?
