It’s been an eye (and ear) opening experience to say the least.As I continue to read and educate myself (and my wife), I wanted to reach out, say hello, and start building my Team.I’m old school and prefer meeting and interacting with real people in-person.

I presume with a house hacking scenario, you as the owner are doing a fair bit of the interaction with the tenant as well as some portion of the maintenance. 

I have learned a lot from bp by just reading and listening to the podcasts now look forward to interacting in the forums.

What I do recall from other forums I’ve been on over the years (for various topics) was certain requirements that had to be met to reach new levels of access or interaction (speaking for lack of better words; I’ve been up for quite some time).

If you’re going to get into real estate investing start interacting with people that go that way.
