Hi I am just starting out trying to expand my intelligence and surround myself with people who have experience and knowledge.  I would like to start out with a multi family live in one rent out the others. I am open to renting out a single family. Let me know if anyone has any recommendations with contractors. Help me with finding what makes a good deal good. Any tips with land-lording. Screening tenants and what you all use to do background checks how u collect rent. Is it better to start llc or corporation. I am all ears ready to soak in any knowledge anyone wants to give me!
