Don't discount loopnet either...should be some OMs on there as well and you can even contact those brokers and owners for additional information.This takes a little while but soon you will be able to talk the talk and that will get you way ahead of the other tire kickers that waste these brokers' time day in and day out.

I went a head and ordered inspection and am currently waiting on the report. 

Sounds like the bank owns it and may have an inside person of interest to act as gatekeeper  so they can move ahead and secure for themselves.

Just a heads up if you go to refi as an investment property down the road.
